Emmanuel Yeboah scores again as Halmstad edge Elfsborg in Swedish Allsvenskan

Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Yeboah extended his fine run of form in Sweden after scoring in Halmstads BK’s 2-1 away victory over IF Elfsborg on matchday 21 of the Allsvenskan.

The 22-year-old opened the scoring in first-half stoppage time, keeping his composure from the penalty spot to notch his third goal in just four matches since joining Halmstad on loan last month. His strike gave the visitors the platform for a crucial win in Borås.

Yeboah’s influence has been swift and decisive. Earlier in the week, he grabbed a brace in a Swedish Cup clash against Myresjö, including a spectacular long-range chip from near the halfway line that highlighted his confidence and eye for goal.

After challenging spells with Brøndby IF and CFR Cluj, the Ghanaian forward appears revitalised in Sweden. His sharp form suggests this loan spell could prove pivotal as Halmstad aim for a strong finish to the campaign.
